1. Order Processing & Shipping

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days and shipped directly via our trusted suppliers.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Since our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue.

3. Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds are only issued for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or shipping delays beyond our control.
  • If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval.

4. Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.
  • After this period, the order enters production and cannot be changed.
